What Happens After You Book
Once you book your session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all necessary details, including preparation guidance and your session location or Zoom link.
- For in-person sessions, the exact location will be confirmed after booking.
- For online sessions, you’ll receive a secure Zoom link.
Come in comfortable clothing. No experience or active effort is required — simply arrive, lie down, and allow your body to settle.

In-person sessions are available in select private and studio spaces across Palm Beach County.
If you are not local to South Florida, online sessions are available worldwide.
