About the event
Join us for a 90-minute Life Force Activation session - a deep energetic experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and open the natural flow of life force energy within.
During the session, you will be lying down on a yoga mat while music plays and the facilitator works with the energy field through presence, intuitive guidance, and optional light touch. Your only job is to relax, receive, and allow the body to move through whatever it is ready to release or activate.
This practice may support emotional release, clarity, relaxation, inner connection, body awareness, and a deeper sense of trust in your own energy.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring water, and avoid heavy meals and alcohol before the session.
To participate, please review and sign the waiver with all contraindications before attending.
