Join our local community in Royal Palm Beach and across Palm Beach County, Florida. We offer in-person Kundalini Activation and energy healing sessions conveniently located in the greater Palm Beach County, Florida area.
This practice is designed as a safe, non-invasive container for nervous system regulation. However, because it can involve deep emotional and somatic release, it is not suitable for individuals with certain conditions, such as a history of psychosis, severe cardiovascular issues, or active epilepsy. We require all participants to review our full Safety & Contraindications list before attending. If you are unsure, we recommend starting with a private 1:1 session for more targeted support.
Emotional release (including crying, shaking, or spontaneous movement) is a completely normal and welcome part of the somatic process. These are signs of your nervous system discharging stored stress. The 90-minute session is specifically designed to provide a "bounded container" where you are free to express these emotions safely and without judgment.
Your session is strictly consent-based, and you are always in control. Any light touch on meridian points is intended to support the energetic flow and is fully explained upfront. Touch is 100% optional; we use clear "opt-out" signals, and you can choose to have a completely touch-free experience at any time.
Please bring a comfortable yoga mat, a bottle of water, and wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. We also recommend bringing a light blanket or sweater, as your body temperature may fluctuate during the integration phase.
Because sessions are limited to 10 participants to ensure a safe and intimate environment, all ticket sales are final. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or credit it toward a future session if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This ensures we can offer the spot to someone on our waitlist.
