An online Life Force Activation session is a virtual energetic experience you can join from the comfort of your own space. This session is designed to support deep relaxation, emotional release, nervous system reset, and reconnection with your natural life force energy.
During the session, you will be guided to lie down comfortably while curated music plays. Even online, the energetic transmission can be deeply felt - each experience is unique and may include subtle body movements, warmth, tingling, emotions, visions, clarity, or a peaceful sense of reset.
Please prepare a quiet space where you can lie down without interruptions. Have water nearby, and wear comfortable clothing. No prior experience is needed.
